REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy.

Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance.Alternatively For outright cancellations by you: Order once placed can not be cancelled or returned.

We take a lot of effort in making sure that our customers receive products in good condition. In case they have received a malfunctioning product they can ask for a replacement by returning the original product(Only at the discretion of the Seller). In case our shipment is delayed beyond two weeks after the placement of the order due to unavoidable circumstances, and the customer is not able to wait any longer, they can cancel the order and the paid amount will be refunded.

Replacement of one product with another product (only for same Seller(teacher/institute/publication))

If the student has purchased a product and wants to replace the same with other product of the same seller then the same is possible.(Only at the discretion of such Seller). Student shall mail the request for this at [email protected].The student may be charged such amount as decided by the seller if any to carry out this replacement. Application for Replacement has to be made within 15 days from receipt of product.
