Learnsolo.in provides its services to you subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in this agreement (the”Agreement”). In addition, when you use any Learnsolo.in service, you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. Learnsolo.in reserves the right to change this Site and these terms and conditions at any time. Learnsolo.in retains the right to deny access to anyone who we believe has violated any of these Terms of Use. If you are under 18, you may use Learnsolo.in only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

Learnsolo.in may review, edit, reject, refuse to post and/or delete any Content that in the sole judgment of Learnsolo.in violate these Terms of Use or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of another person. Any information provided by you on this site shall not be misleading in any way.
You may not post or transmit Content, (even if made in a joking, sarcastic or unintended manner), if it in any way:
Is patently offensive to the online community, such as sexually explicit content, or content that promotes obscenity, pedophilia, racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual; harasses or advocates harassment of another person; involves the transmission of “junk mail,” “chain letters,” or unsolicited mass mailing or “spamming”; promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous; infringes upon or violates any third party’s rights [(including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, rights of privacy (including without limitation unauthorized disclosure of a person’s name, email address, physical address or phone number) or rights of publicity]; promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person’s copyrighted work You must use the Sites in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. When You use the Website or send emails or other data, information or communication to us, You agree and understand that You are communicating with Us through electronic records and You consent to receive communications via electronic records from Us periodically and as and when required. We may communicate with you by email or by such other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise.
Learnsolo reserves the right to impose limits on the number of Transactions or Transaction Price which Learnsolo may receive from on an individual Valid Credit/Debit/ Cash Card / Valid Bank Account/ and such other infrastructure or any other financial instrument directly or indirectly through payment aggregator or through any such facility authorized by Reserve Bank of India to provide enabling support facility for collection and remittance of payment or by an individual Buyer during any time period, and reserves the right to refuse to process Transactions exceeding such limit.
Learnsolo reserves the right to refuse to process Transactions by Buyers with a prior history of questionable charges including without limitation breach of any agreements by Buyer with Learnsolo or breach/violation of any law or any charges imposed by Issuing Bank or breach of any policy.
Learnsolo may delay notifying the payment confirmation i.e. informing Provider to Dispatch, if Learnsolo deems suspicious or for Buyers conducting high transaction volumes to ensure safety of the Transaction and Transaction Price. In addition, Learnsolo may hold Transaction Price and Learnsolo may not inform Provider to Dispatchor remit Transaction Price to law enforcement officials (instead of refunding the same to Buyer) at the request of law enforcement officials or in the event the Buyer is engaged in any form of illegal activity.
The Buyer and Provider acknowledge that Learnsolo will not be liable for any damages, interests or claims etc. resulting from not processing a Transaction/Transaction Price or any delay in processing a Transaction/Transaction Price which is beyond control of Learnsolo.
MANDATORY DECLARATION
You hereby declare that you have provided all necessary Legal Details for the shipment of the product to the destination specified by you in the Order. You further declare that the Product will be acquired for personal use of the Consignee and/or Buyer. The Product will not be sold, resold, bartered or in any way disposed for profit.
Your Account
You agree that any use on the site is at your own risk and Learnsolo.in is not responsible for it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Products sold on Learnsolo.in are not for people below aged 18, however any products available for children below age 18, can be bought by adults.
Product Description
Learnsolo.in tries to be as accurate as possible. However, Learnsolo.in does not warrant that product description or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. You acknowledge that Learnsolo has the right to change or discontinue any Service at any time, without notice. You further acknowledge that Learnsolo may add or modify the procedures, modes, processes or conditions of purchase at any time to adapt to changes that Learnsolo may make to the Services. You agree that Learnsolo shall not be liable to You or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any aspect of the Services.
Pricing/Typographical error
Pricing on the product is as it shows, however due to any technical issue, typographical error or product information received from our suppliers’ prices of the product may vary.
Membership/Registration on the Website is free for buyers. Learnsolo does not charge any fee for browsing and buying on the Website. Learnsolo reserves the right to change its Fee Policy from time to time. In particular, Learnsolo may at its sole discretion introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered on the Website. In such an event Learnsolo reserves the right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing services, as the case may be. Changes to the Fee Policy shall be posted on the Website and such changes shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the Website. Unless otherwise stated, all fees shall be quoted in Indian Rupees. You shall be solely responsible for compliance of all applicable laws including those in India for making payments to M/S Igniters Educomp d/b/a Learnsolo.in.
Cancellation of order
Learnsolo.in reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where Learnsolo.in is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the Learnsolo.in policy or for any other reason. However, Learnsolo.in will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund, will be made in reasonable time.
All the Tangible Products sold on Learnsolo will be shipped by the Seller and they will be solely responsible for the delivery of the product. Any issue arising due to this shall be resolved between the seller and the buyer.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL LEARNSOLO.IN BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF LEARNSOLO.IN HAS BEEN INFORMED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This Website, all the materials and products (including but not limited to software) and services, included on or otherwise made available to You through this site are provided on “as is” and “as available” basis without any representation or warranties, express or implied except otherwise specified in writing. Without prejudice to the forgoing paragraph, Learnsolo does not warrant that:

Nothing on Website constitutes, or is meant to constitute, advice of any kind. You will be required to enter a valid phone number while placing an order on the Website. By registering Your phone number with us, You consent to be contacted by Us via phone calls and/or SMS notifications, in case of any order or shipment or delivery related updates. We will not use your personal information to initiate any promotional phone calls or SMS.
You agree that all claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation to the Terms of Offer For Sale or any transactions entered into on or through the Website or the relationship between You and Learnsolo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhopal and You hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.
